Every edition of the Application Suite contains a certain inclusive contingent for Requests to the Cloud Service. The contingent is stated as starting credit (e.g. 10.000) and the number of additional Requests (free contingent) per month.
Important: The monthly free contingent will not be taken over to the subsequent month. But you can add additional Requests at any time.
Requests will be spend once you use the Cloud Services and communicate with our servers. For example, if you upload data it will spend e.g. one (1) Request. Not every service spends Requests. Some services and tools (e.g. certain tracking services) will only spend one (1) Request per hour.
The normal use of the Application Suite does of course not spend Requests.
The features and services available in the Cloud Service are based on the respective edition of the Application Suite. A detailed description of all available features and services is available in the documents of the Cloud Service. (only available after Release or during BETA)

Our Cloud Services are very flexible and cost-effective. The calculation is based on the used requests - additional transfer fees will not be charged. You can retrieve detailled informations and statistics about all used requests.

With a monthly balance of 2500 included requests you can, for example, generate 2.500 PDF documents, create 125.000 screenshots or upload/download 12.5 GB (1250 files) from your online storage (1250 files).
You can acquire additional Request in the Application Suite or in the member area, as well as configure automatic charging, so that Requests will be charged based on usage. Data transfer will not be charged.

Purchased requests can be used within 6 months from the date of purchase. Unused monthly included requests expires automatically at the end of each billing month.
