Questions about the affiliate program
What are the requirements for the partner program?
You only need one account. Once you are logged in, you can participate in our partner program.
When will my commission be disbursed?
We have created very flexible payouts and abanoned fixed payout dates. Once you want a payout, you can request one in the member area - up to 4 x a month. Alternatively, you can set a fixed date for payouts.
How do I request a payout?
Commissions can be paid out via bank wire transfer or a payment provider. You can set the payment method for every single payout. Important: Bank wire transfer is currently only available in europe. Supported payment providers: Paypal©, Moneybookers© (Skrill)©
Which advertising materials are available?
We are providing various advertising materials: banners, special advertising URLs, layerads, banners for mobile marketing, ready-to-use adtexts, advertising codes for implementation in your websites and many more possibilities. All advertising materials can be reviewed in your member area.
What languages are available for the advertising materials?
Advertising materials are currently only available in german and english language. Some advertising materials may not be available or can vary for your country.
What commissions do I get and how high are they?
As a member you will basically get a fixed sale-reward for all referred users who place an order. If you are preordering the product you will get higher commission rates up to 76,33% of the product price. More informations are available in the member area.
What is the difference between >Affiliate Lite< and >Affiliate Extended< exactly?
We distinguish between two types of users in the partner program. The >Affiliate Light< gets a performance-linked commission for every referred user who orders the product. The more users are referred, the higher are the commissions.The >Affiliate User< also gets a reward for every registered user (pay per lead), always the highest commission rate (not performance-linked) as well as a partly commission for all sales made by other users. The requirement to become an >Affiliate User< is to use the product by yourself (e.g. the standard package).
>Performance-linked commission< - what does that mean?
The performance-linked commission model has been developed due to the many requests of users and ensures high commission rates from day one. The more successful you are in recruiting users, the higher is your commission. An evaluation period of 30 days will start from the date of your registration. Questions about the membership and your account
Will I be charged for signing up?
No! The membership/account is completely free and without any obligations, though you will have to buy one of the available packages if you woud like to use the product. Note: If you preorder the product now, you can completely use the product during the whole BETA (when available) for free until the official product release.
What processes are currently performed with my personal data?
The purpose of our current personal data processing is to provide you with online services and support related to contactcreators.com. We do not share your personal data with third parties in any way.
What data is required for the signup?
We need your full name, address and your email address for the registration. Note: The email address has to be valid because we are sending you a confirmation link.
Which countries are free to signup?
The signup is available in every country. The member area is currently only available in german and english language.
Will I receive advertising (SPAM)?
No! We neither share your personal details nor your email address. We do only send regular newsletters which can be deactivated in your account if you want.
Questions about the product
When will the product or BETA be available?
A closed (non public) BETA has already started in germany. The public BETA should be available in the spring of 2012. Note: You can work with the product during the whole public BETA for free (if you have preordered the product). The selected package will not begin to expire during the beta and can be redeemed after the official product launch.
Which packages are available and what is the difference?
We are offering three packages at the moment which differ in their range of functions and limitations.

You will receive a voucher code with your preorder/order which can be redeemed after the official product launch. The voucher code is also your access to the public BETA (when available).
What languages are available for the product?
The product is currently only available in german and english language. More than 10 additional languages will be added during further developement.
Which devices are compatible with apps?
The apps should work on every modern smartphone and tablet PC. All devices do only require a major web browser.
Are the apps for free?
All apps are free included in the >Premium< and >Corporate< packages. Users of the >Standard< package can optionally buy them.
